01 / Scope & Applicability
This Refund Policy governs all purchases of compute credits, subscriptions, balance replenishments, and billing transactions conducted via the ATELIER // ARCH digital generation platform. It establishes the criteria under which financial reversals, ledger rollbacks, or compensatory credit deposits are evaluated.
This instrument is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Platform License Agreements. Nothing in this policy limits, restricts, or waives any non-excludable statutory rights or mandatory consumer warranties guaranteed under local consumer protection regulations in your legal jurisdiction.
02 / Credits & Workspace Purchases
ATELIER // ARCH operates on an unified neural credit protocol. Purchased credits act as prepaid computational units, universally spendable across three core operational engines:
Generative UI frameworks, vector assets, and spatial layout engines.
Editorial copy streams, high-res synthetic photography, and banner nodes.
Algorithmic render passes, interactive wireframes, and design token logic.
Purchased credits are immediately ledgered and updated in your balance upon confirmed payment processing. Credit validity and longevity shall adhere to Purchased balance does not expire.. Unless explicitly stated in custom enterprise master service agreements, credits are non-transferable between unrelated corporate tenant accounts.
03 / Minimum Purchase & Capacity
To maintain efficient clearing and low network processing overhead across our enterprise payment rails, credit acquisition is subject to a standardized entry baseline:
Standard Minimum Floor
The minimum acquisition floor is fixed at 10.00 in the chosen settlement currency ($10.00 USD, €10.00 EUR, or £10.00 GBP).
There is no synthetic maximum ceiling on standard purchases; however, instantaneous purchases exceeding 10,000.00 may trigger automated secondary identity authorization and fraud-prevention telemetry reviews before credits disburse into the active tenant workspace.
04 / When Refunds May Be Available
Refund eligibility is assessed objectively based on systemic failure, unauthorized ledger impacts, or explicit legal directives. Situations qualifying for review include:
- Duplicate Settlement: Redundant card or payment processor settlements resulting in identical concurrent billing transactions for an identical credit package.
- Unauthorized Compromise: Verified unauthorized usage of payment mechanisms, subject to timely submission of identity verification documents and fraud reports.
- Technical Pipeline Failure: Successful settlement confirmed by the clearing house where our automated dispatcher failed to reflect purchased credits into your account balance within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Catastrophic Service Downtime: Documented persistent outage of our inference cluster exceeding forty-eight (48) consecutive hours that renders newly purchased credits completely unusable.
- Statutory Cooling-Off Rights: Unexercised, unused balances subject to mandatory cooling-off legislation in relevant jurisdictions (such as the European Union or United Kingdom) where generation runs have not commenced.
05 / Non-Refundable Circumstances
Due to real-time compute hardware expenditure, GPU thermal cycles, and instantaneous model inferences, refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:
• Consumed Generative Cycles: Any credits that have been debited for completed generation pipelines, regardless of whether the output was exported or downloaded.
• Subjective Aesthetic Discontent: Dissatisfaction with aesthetic styling, artistic interpretation, or qualitative nuance where the underlying generative engine operated within nominal performance parameters.
• User Operational Error: Accidental checkout confirmations, incorrect currency selection, or failure to review package tier details prior to checkout execution.
• Sanctioned Terminations: Accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated due to willful breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
Notice: All statutory guarantees and consumer rights that cannot be legally waived remain unaffected by these explicit restrictions.
06 / Duplicate or Inconsistent Charges
If your banking ledger or payment statement reflects duplicate debits or an unexpected transaction value, immediately contact our dedicated revenue reconciliation team. Duplicate charges confirmed by our gateway telemetry will be expedited for priority reversal.
REPORT A BILLING ISSUEarrow_forward07 / Failed Transactions & Pipeline Status
All billing operations adhere to transactional two-phase commit protocols. Below is the operational execution path representing state changes during token balance initialization:
If payment clears but state fails to transition to State 03 within five minutes, our automated reconcile daemon flags the order for operator review.
08 / Refund Request Process
To initiate a formal review, clients must follow our authenticated support intake protocol:
SUBMIT
Submit a support ticket from your registered email address including transaction hash/ID, date, purchase volume, and statement descriptor.
REVIEW
Internal ledger review auditing backend compute dispatch telemetry, usage histories, and credit debits.
DECISION
Formal written determination issued via ticket correspondence detailing approval, partial credit, or rejection criteria.
DISPATCH
Immediate automated initiation of funds back to the originating funding vehicle or alternative ledger allocation.
- Account Primary Email Address
- Receipt / Transaction Reference ID
- Timestamp & Amount in Settled Currency
- Brief description of the pipeline error
- Never send your account password
- Never transmit full 16-digit card numbers
- Never transmit Card Security Codes (CVV/CVC)
- Never transmit personal banking pins
09 / Processing & Financial Timing
Once approved, refund instructions are immediately submitted to our merchant clearing rails. Expected settlement intervals are defined as follows:
Actual posting dates depend upon your financial institution's individual settlement cycles and regional public clearing holidays.
10 / Credit Adjustments vs Monetary Refunds
Where appropriate and agreed upon by the account holder, ATELIER // ARCH provides two distinct resolution pathways:
PATHWAY A // MONETARY REFUND
Direct reversal of fiat funds through Stripe/merchant processing rails back to the original card or bank account. Subject to banking clearance cycles.
PATHWAY B // BALANCE ADJUSTMENT
Immediate account credit restitution applied directly to your tenant ledger, often accompanied by courtesy compute multipliers for operational disruption.
11 / Promotional & Granted Credits
Credits granted through beta access privileges, hackathon rewards, promotional vouchers, customer advocacy awards, or administrative courtesy balance provisions have zero real-world cash surrender value.
Promotional credits are governed strictly by Promotional balance, where granted, is noted at the time of issuance and may carry its own expiration date.. Under no circumstances can non-purchased promotional credits be converted to fiat balances, transferred across distinct customer instances, or refunded.
12 / Refund Eligibility Matrix
Standardized administrative triage matrix utilized by compliance officers and automated audit daemons:
| SITUATION | POSSIBLE RESOLUTION | REVIEW REQUIRED |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate Charge | Full monetary refund of redundant payment | Gateway transaction verification |
| Missing Credits | Immediate manual ledger replenishment or refund | Receipt and dispatch audit check |
| Incorrect Amount Billed | Refund of variance difference or adjustment | Checkout currency conversion check |
| Used / Consumed Credits | Ineligible for cash return (Compute consumed) | Compute node run records |
| Mandatory Legal Rights | Execution per applicable consumer statute | Jurisdiction & usage verification |
13 / Changes & Contact Inquiries
We reserve the right to revise this billing instrument periodically to align with expanding platform capabilities, new regional currency corridors, and changing statutory standards. Substantive modifications will be heralded via platform broadcast notices or direct email dispatch at least thirty (30) days in advance of systemic implementation.
